Service Description

For improvers and beginners, a 6 weeker course is a lovely to way to get to know clay and learn the core foundations of wheel throwing. Improvers will focus on fine trimming, lidded forms, combining forms, handling, throwing larger, repetitive sets. Also experience essential hand-positioning, centering, and the core cylinder form. A great first step for beginners take home 4 pieces that you will glaze and be fired for you. For improvers you can work on your desired projects under supervision and guidance. Additional pieces will be charged at £10 per kg in bone dry weight. 2.5 hours a week on Friday mornins 10.30am-1pm
