Service Description

This is a Pay What You Can 2.5 hour pottery taster session, I will run these once a month. I run these classes as a community outreach at a discount so that people who are struggling financialy and who would benefit from the experience of woking with clay as a much needed respite fom our personal burdens. Please only sign up for this class if you feel you are on a lower income or no income scale. If you would like a fully funded spot in the class please message me outlining your situation. A strong foundation for establishing core pottery skills, a 2.5 hour taster gives you a solid introduction into basic wheel-throwing for open bowl and cylindrical forms. Choose one best piece which will be fired and glazed for you, and get a taste of the holistic process of working with clay. Monday afternoon 2pm - 4.30pm. Throw pieces can be picked up approx 3 weeks later.
